GRANTS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT

Depending on which state/territory you’re in, there are a number of grants available to businesses in various industries. We thought it might be a handy little summary to have links to these in one place and we hope you find them useful.

New South Wales

Northern Territory

Queensland

South Australia

Tasmania

Victoria

Western Australia

A really good starting point is the Australian Government Grant Finder: http://www.australia.gov.au/search/site/grants. But you could spend a long time browsing through this site. Another site to look at is: https://www.business.gov.au/assistance

Northern Territory Grants & Funding

The NT is one of the best places for grants and funding in Australia, for small business and even Not-For-Profits.

Small Business.  The Start, Run & Grow program has just reopened for the 17/18 FY and information about these grants can be found here: Business Growth Grants.

Community Grants.  A number of community grants for Not-For-Profits, Women, Young People and a detailed grant finder can be located here: https://nt.gov.au/community/community-grants-and-volunteers

Tourism.  Something for Tourism businesses in the NT is the Entrepreneurs’ Programme Northern Territory Initiative. For more information, contact Rachel Telford.
