Case Study – Menzies School of Health Research
Brief. Menzies is large organisation conducting health research in the Northern Territory with a focus on Indigenous Health and closing the gap, and Global and Tropical Health with a niche in malaria. SLiM DIGITAL was asked to come in and develop a marketing strategy to:
- Attract other research specialists and
- Attract donations.
Process. After a number of consultations and workshops a marketing strategy was presented to the marketing and operations team who approved the strategy. It should be noted that due to external factors, beyond our control, the proposed strategy wasn’t implemented.
Outcome. The strategy was to position Menzies as the gritty researcher getting things done in its own backyard. Where Research Meets Reality was the preferred tag line.
