Brief

Raine & Horne Darwin are our longest running client.  We’ve worked with them for the past 5 years managing their content marketing, digital marketing to the National and Local markets and a spattering of print in the local paper, over this period.

Process

We began with a business plan and then marketing strategy and then launched into promoting the business. The trick with real estate businesses is not selling properties per se. Whilst we can use digital to do that, people aren’t loyal to a business to buy a property. The people who pay the bills are the sellers. So we focus on building a brand and reputation for real estate clients that gets their foot in the door to do an appraisal. We’ve spent years promoting the media releases, videos, and NT News Paper articles on Glenn and the team. In 2020 we began a much broader campaign with:

  • Production of high quality TVC type brand videos for the company. You can have a look at the sales video here.
  • Use of multiple Facebook Campaigns Ad Sets and Ads to promote the video.
  • Use of retargeting of the video views on Facebook.
  • Google Ads to drive phone calls (avg of 200 phone calls a month).

Results

  • Content Marketing. This has been the biggest winner. Regularly driving people to the content on the website using Facebook, LinkedIn and Email has increased web traffic to the site and is worth about 2000 views a month on average over the past 12 months.
  • Videos. The team at Raine & Horne Darwin have used video often to promote the business. This is crucial in gaining the attention of the people on Facebook, but of making their content more appealing to their existing and old clients. The use of the current videos has improved the brand recognition of the business with thousands of views on Facebook.
  • Google Ads. These have been very successful with an average of 200 phone calls a month coming into the office.
